Possible Murano Ashtray? Stripey!

I wondered if any of you Murano Afficianados could help me with this one. It was sold to me as Murano but I've not come across one quite like it before. I would appreciate your opinions. thanking you in advance, Gill

I have seen some of them, a bit less complicated, with made in China labels.
