I would say it's just a difference in marketing and that they were made in the same place

Interesting idea......only the exquisite is a retired pattern and the Ebano appear to be being made now and sold on Amazon!  It is difficult to see on the photos but where the stem joins the bowl, the glass appears to be different.  Without examples of both, I thought it worth asking.....just to be sure.....
