Hi Anne,
One of several Bulgarians to have studied with Libensky, his work is very good quality, and shows the educational inheritance, It reminds me of Fisar.
A site that might be worth a look at is Galerie Hittfield, run by a Czech living in Germany. Has some very interesting exhibitions. Believe they have a web-site, http://www.glassart.de/
