Googled: "We The People" Baccarat Paperweight

Baccarat "We The People" motto paperweight. It was originally issued as a commemorative for the U.S. Constitution. The center "motto" plaque is encircled by a ring of stars with alternating red and blue surrounds. A second ring of white stars with blue surrounds and an outer ring of white stars with red surrounds complete the design. The millefiori rests on a translucent blue cushion. The weight is 2-3/4" in diameter and 1-3/4" high. It is signed with a "B1987" cane on the outer ring and is also signed on the base with the etched Baccarat logo.

I presume that is it?

Sold for $99

Assuming $99 is top dollar I would reserve at $80 or lower to ensure it sold.
