HEAVY CASED VASE ID IF POSSIBLE.

Hi its me again.. Does anyone know the maker of this vase.. it stands 7.5" high and weighs 7lb!!
It has age wear to base which is polished but no signature or sticker remains.
Its green in colour and has a black band spiralled inside, it is cased with clear glass.
