I'm sure this one has been covered before, but can't trace it ???.  What is it?  It has a "cog" shape base which reflects the rim. (see 2nd pic).  (Just humour me ....... ;D ;) )

Not Chance, but it appear to use the 'Matthey Crinkles' technique to decorate it.
