Blue pressed glass vase : ID Prisms and Petals

Does anybody know a maker for this blue vase please? It is 7 inches tall.

It's one of those unknown probably European ones. This pattern is found in carnival glass and is known as Prisms and Petals. (thanks Glen ;D, I remembered)
