Alfredo Barbini?
« on: March 30, 2007, 04:59:39 PM »
Hi all,

Could anyone please give advice on this dish. I thought Alfredo Barbini? Also, any idea of year?

It is loaded with gold inclusions and extremely heavy.

TIA
Della

Thanks Javier,
I did go to your site again, to have a look before I posted, but I can't get the Barbini page to load. I keep getting a fault message.

Really?
I just went though this week and resized all the headers so it will be easier to navigate.
I also resized all the items (on almost the entire site so far). I think i'll finish with that by the weekend.
Well, it is a classic Barbini piece with Copper Aventurine and probably has gold flecks on the outside if not mistaken. Some are without the gold outside.

Yes there are also gold flecks on the outside. Thanks again, Javier!

Soon the only Murano ashtrays will be antique ones.
