Hello...
first time here so bear with me
I have been trying for some time now to ID this glass vase.  I found a site that had a vase (almost) just like mine. It was a site that had SKlo Union vases and (of course) now I can't find that site.  It looked like the SKLO UNION dot com site but I can't find the vase there...unless they change the pictures??? I don't know.
Anyway the vase I saw online (previously) was like mine except the "lenses?" were round and the ones on my vase are oval.  My vase is 9.75" tall.
Please take a look at the pics.  I would appreciate your thoughts
Thank You

Hi and welcome to the board.

The sklounion.com website hasn't changed its pics for a long time, so if it was there it will still be there.

It's hard to tell what your vase is though as your pictures are way too small. They need to be at least 600 pixels on the longest edge for us to be able to see them. The board will create small thumbnails for you so you don't need to do that.

We have a help topic for pics here: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,6522.0.html but feel free to ask for help in topic or directly by email if you need help with them.  Thumb Up

I originally posted my question on the Ebay Glass board.
I hope this is ok to do...
Here is the link to that original post
http://forums.ebay.com/db2/topic/Pottery-Glass-Porcelain/Glass-Thick-Heavy/520121568&#msg522472028

If this doesn't work I'll try resizing & repost the pics.
Thank You

I would guess that this piece has been made in Podebradske sklarny - pressed leaded crystal - Jiri Repasek.
But I am still looking for confirmation of my feeling.

I´ve got one of these, too. On ebay.de I´ve seen two labelled vases so far. One was
bearing a Rastal label and I thought I´d finally ID´d it. Two days later there was
another one with a Joska label...  >:(
I´m not sure if one or both can be ruled out as a possible maker?

Thank You both!

I'll keep checking around but I really don't know where else to look! Undecided

I will check back here too...
Jindrich, hoping you can fiind that confirmation.

Thanx!

Just checking in to see if anyone can here with this vase.
I've been looking online but still no luck.  I do not have any Sklo/Czech reference material.

Thanks for looking Grin
