The "RED in the key" is for Max Miller.

The sailing ship is for Mayflower Glass.

Both from USA.

When my signature cane book comes out on cd this June it will have a lisitng of over 125 different pontil stamps. Book itself is a researcher's reference book and is up to 850 pages.

there is a Mayflower glass co just outside Newcastle? i thought the name sounded familiar, but they make those glass ships in bottle's and angels, dont know if they make paperweights.

That's the one I've "googled" as well - but they don't mention paperweights on their web page, nor are they in the US.

I've found a Mayflower Glass in Brewster MA - but they seem to be doing industrial glass.

So - Andrew - could you give us more directions on the company using the two ships as pontil mark, please?
