Green Swedish? solifleur

I'm fairly certain this solifleur with the pinched knop is Swedish but I can't find any confirmation. Anyone got any thoughts? it's about 12 inches tall

I've seen that shape with the Hardy Swedish Art Glass label on, Christine.
