Hi new to the board and not an expert just a collector but I'd say the tray is from a vanity set looks similar to a set I have (though I don't know it's maker either ?!) though I do believe it may be italian?

Mary, your box - powder looks very much Bohemian and so does the tray! Please grant me 12 hours to verify in my museum later this day  8)

Hi. Thanks so much for identifying my set. I love it - never bothered to look it up; I had always just assumed it was Italian because it was a gift from my neigbor who barely speaks English --all she could tell me was she had it, "long time" then, as always finished her sentence in Italian!
thanks again!!!

didn't realize there were more pieces to the set either...might have to seek and buy the rest!!!....Anyone?

Mary :)
