Hi again,

I've had these items for some time now but have been unable to find out anything about them. Just wondered if anyone can help me?
The first one is a cut glass is this beautiful covered vase, urn or chalice. It's about 31cm tall (including the lid) and has no maker's marks at all that I can find. Have had it displayed at home for some time now, but need the space so would like any help with ID before listing it on eBay.

The other piece is a glass which has a maker's name/mark on it, but I can't decipher it. Does anyone recognise it?

With many thanks in anticipation, John.

Experience teaches that anyone who begins to collect in any field can feel a change in his soul. He becomes a joyful man filled with a deeper empathy, and a more open understanding moves his soul.

Hi Pamela, and thanks for that.
I can see what you mean but I think the first letter is a big V or similar and the second and third are i & s respectively.
Will check out fernandez just in case though.
Cheers, John.
