I have this rainbow art ribbed glass vase about 7" high and very heavy, can anyone identify maker or origin

I can't quite tell from the pictures, but is that rigaree running down the sides? 

The glass looks very thick!  That would explain the weight.  Has it got a ground out pontil mark?  A picture of the base would be useful.

Hi Sorry
just had a close look at the base and cant see any pontil marks, looks like the glass since it is so thick has been cut or smoothed down so the vase stands level
