Large Sommerso fish
« on: May 05, 2007, 09:58:11 PM »
This one came into my charity shop the other day. Is it anything special or run of the mill please?

It's purple with an outer casing of clear glass. Then there are green bits on the sides here and there.

I'll check for Neo (you know what I mean) content when I go back as I'm sure it was blue before I took the photo. It was under Fluorescent light when I took the photo. Maybe I'm seeing things again...

It has some ware to the base but it is heavy.

Thanks in advance, Tony+staff.

It certainly has a neodymium sort of look to the lilac bit

Guess that makes it more special than run of the mill, because it would fall over if it ran very far...

Thank you very much!

Fish don't run, they don't ride bicycles, and they don't fall over...

...and it's only a mild Neodymium-um.
