Wedgwood Decanter - Coronation 25th

One of those bits that came in a mixed lot from auction hiding at the bottom of the box...
http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-5993
Commemorative decanter featuring Westminster Abbey to celebrate 25 years of Queen Elizabeth II. Polished pontil acid stamped text "Coronation Anniversary 1953-1978" in a circles enclosing "Wedgwood, Made in England". Just above the word Wedgwood is hand etched ? "S/5".
Does anyone know what the S/5 would represent? Would this be a very limited edition? I remember some discussion of a similar Westminster Abbey piece (?maker) being attributed to a commission for the Houses of Parliament
Thanks for any thoughts.

I started with Carnival glass, then other C20 irridescent, then Whitefriars ducks, then Dartington FT Daisies etc, then Whitefriars Tricorns...when will it end?

From memory, as Silver Jubilee stuff goes, they made fewer than most.

Tim, could the S/5 actually be 5/5 - giving this to be the fifth of five such produced?

Could well be 5/5 as it is fairly casually marked compared to the formal stamp of the rest of the mark. I need a better macro lens for my camera to show a useful photo.
