victorian ? creamer info please

please can anyone give me information about this creamer.the shape is victorian ,lots in my books but not this pattern. the applied handle is in the shape of a snake and it has a very rough pontil . could it be flint glass ? .the closest i have seen are designs by edward moore ,a victorian glassmaker . any help appreciated thanks  debbie
