Can you please help me identify who made this paperweight???

I really need help on identifying who made this paperweight.  On the bottom of it, it has the letter P and the date of 1971.  Who signed P on the bottom of their paperweights??

That is Perthshire's 1971B from their annual collection. Limited edition of 350 in various colours.

A wonderful find. I'm jealous.

Thank you so much.  This  was my husband mothers.  She was a collector of paperweights.
