Cast glass suncatcher with an embedded cow design. It's 100m in diameter, and 10mm thick.

It was bought in Denmark, but it may be Swedish - the seller suggested Flygsfors as a possibility. But Swedish glass is not my forte, so I'm clueless.

As a side-note.... photographing suncatchers is *such* a pain - I had to improvise a lightbox utilising an unlikely and precariously balanced stack of cardboard boxes, gauze, a pane of glass, two lamps and four bookends!  Grin The results were pretty swish, though.

Thanks. Smiley

I've got a stack of Holmegaard ones coming onto both of my sites over the next week or so - so I had plenty of chance to practice as I went along.

I bought one of these for a friend (who has a cow fetish - don't ask), I don't think it was meant to be a suncatcher as it did not have a hole for hanging. Same cow design, rectangular in shape and with a few extra flowers and possibly clouds. Then I noticed a larger one on ebay with two cows and even more flowers, it had a label and they were made in Germany but I have forgotten the manufacturer.... Embarrassed

I know Walther did a few suncatchers and similar cast glass wares - so they're certainly a possibility.

I remember having one of these with a label. I don't recall the maker but I'm sure it was Swiss.
