ID anyone is this Murano please?

Very nice, very heavy, measures 7" across and 3" Deep, polished pontil looks very good quality to me.
Any ideas who made it please.

I have the feeling that it is not Murano. I am definitely not an expert, but the base looks northern European to me. It is a very pretty glass.
