Cane Bottle

Hi, everyone. I have been reading for a while and occasionally writing. This will be my first attempt at the Glass Gallery. Here goes...

I bought this bottle this week. It is a teal blue and bright white. The bottle (vase?) is 6" tall. Both the white and blue canes form ridges on the outside of the bottle. There is a narrow strip of clear between each of the canes. No signature, no label. Does anyone recognize this bottle?
