Other half came in with this a few days ago. However I'm sure it's right but the quality is pretty poor. It has a few bubbles and two very noticeable flaws in the glass. Is this normal with these? See pics of flaws.

Perfectly normal - they were supposed to have an aged handmade look look about them, even though they were machine made (but hand-finished).
It's not unusual to find bubbles, striations and creases in the glass.
