Topic: ARTA - Help with placing this label (Belgium/France/Holland?)

I found a black glass vase with a label today (probably Belgian?) which says 'ARTA'. Can anyone place this label to a factory (or retailer)?
The label is trapezoid in shape with silver letters on a yellow background.
The design is very like Boom. but not one of their listed names. I'd guess that it was made shortly after the war, but it's hard to be sure.
