Frank — Benson & Hayhurst illustrates a similar vase, apparently colourless flint with a different mark, captioned:-

Pair of baluster vases with polished ovals within mitre cut panels, marked E & L Made in Scotland, 1950's, 8¼ ins.

No pattern name.
