Best place to look would be replacements.com using the new image gallery. The image gallery's a bit difficult to see with the crystal though.

Have you looked here at Discontinued Designs Cazza? They have a section for each of the major English cut crystal makers.

I find their pictures very good for working out drinking glass patterns,
