Help in identification Needed Please

Hello I would really appreciate any info or ideas you may have on the following piece; it was suggested to seek another opinion here by the helpful whitefriars forum who think it to be scandinavian, and not WF by baxter as i was hoping!!.. 28cm tall, polished pontil....??

That square top looks scandinavianish to me but I don't know that vase.

As you already know your vase is definitely not Whitefriars, but it is a beautiful piece of glass.
