decanter - dartington?wedgwood?other?

Can't trace pattern/maker - it has a polished pontil, stands approx 25.5 cms to top of stopper (from the base) x 9.5 cms diam at bottom, stopper approx 10 cms long x w 7 cms. Approx weighs 1400+ grams very heavy base - no signature or marks on base -Any ideas please ?
