Id large frosted lady centrepiece pleade

Any help please on this large frosted Lady centrepiece, shes very large standing 10.5" , 5" diameter at base, shes leaning against a tree stump as do some figurers by Sowerby, flowers around the base, very heavy 1.9 kgs, plenty of wear to base , I have not seen this figure before my own thoughts possibly French
