I don't know who made this one, Kev, but they are known as a solifleur (single flower). Ingridglas made some really neat ones, as did Walther and Iittala, amongst others. These sorts of textured glass (apart from Riihimaen Lasi, of course) are the only colourless glass that I am really drawn to.
