Hi,
I would think that the toothpick holder, or mini-vase, is circa 1900 - 192s. It's possible that it was made later, but that kind of thin, light work is typical of early 20th century Murano glass.
I don't recognize the label on my vase, either. It appears to be older to me, probably about 1920. There are actually differences between it and the toothpick. My vase is actually pulegoso glass, meaning it is infused with frothy air bubbles. Also, the way the gold is applied to the glass is different. I wouldn't assume that whoever made my piece also made the toothpick.
Hope this info helps a bit.
