W J Rozendaal (Kristalunie Maastricht)
« on: September 10, 2007, 03:45:12 PM »
I am trying to complete my catalogue of designs by the Dutch Designer W.J. Rozendaal who worked 1929-1958 for the Kristalunie, Maastricht NL.

Of the 500 or so known designs I have now managed to get ID information for nearly all the names known to exist.
However the following designs are not (so far) found in any records to which I  have access and so this appeal  to  the GMB readers who may be able to help.

The images are mainly for private reference so if anyone is concerned about rights to pictures  I am happy to reassure them.

The missing vases are listed in date order. Of course the vases are  not marked with their names, so contributors will need to explain why they know the name of the vase, or how it has been identified! ;-)
Either a line drawing (from a catalogue) or a photograph (in full profile) would assist me enormously in completing my records.
Hopefully  it will be possible to put a substantial part of the resulting catalogue online so  that other collectors  can gain appreciation for this great glass designer.

The missing vases are:
Sofi, Pal, Dar, Black & White, Manuta, Lutetia, Lex, Darius, Tasso, Mosel, Carillon, Huygens, Padua, Mimosa, Dahlia, Hator, Duna, Frysk, Grouw, Erda, Otter, Son, Rober, Fris, Walker, Pisa, Lioba, Windsor, Julia, Jaffa, Alaska, Siesta, Victoria, Papaver, Viola, Lavendel, Septime.
