Here are some more Venini labels which you can upload to the Gallery if you want.

If you want to try a chronological order I would suggest to do it that way:

Early fifties on a piece of ca. 1952:

Mid fifties to early sixties:

The Venini paper label that is already in your database.

Late sixties to seventies:

The Venini plastic label that is already in your database.

On a piece from 1998:

On a Versace piece from 2002:

On a piece from 2006:

PS: Acid stamps are a different thing, they can even show up in the company of lables, the three line is ca. 1950-65 if authentic

Very interesting and thanks for bringing these up. Please do upload to GlassGallery as this is the support picture archive for everyone to browse.

I've converted the latter images to links in the meantime.

Two more labels added to the gallery:

First just another red Murano label, but a very crisp and clean one, so I added it anyway.

I'm sure I've seen these daisy weights somewhere - I thought Nason at first, I had some signed daisy weights earlier this year, but they are not quite the same.  Could be good if we can tie the paperweight down, then we could maybe get a factory for these red labels.  But it may just be generic anyway.

Second a Tagliapietra label on a nice transfer paperweight

Thank you very much!

Here's a link to a website I just found that is very helpful for Murano as well as other types of glass.  It's probably been posted before, but just in case. . .

I have added Beth's label to the Lables 101 section of Glass Gallery. Slight variation to the one Svazzo posted a while ago.

Here is a residue of a label on a bowl recently acquired - I have gone all through the labels on the Murano 101 gallery, but all the generic seem to have Murano in the middle, not across the bottom like this one.  Seems to say "made in" around the top (I have got DE left) but nothing else remaining.

does it ring any bells with anyone?

Thank you very much!
