Any ideas who made this curious but interesting looking "decanter" please?  It looks to be quite old and I thought it might be Gullaskruf when first spotted, but don't think so after searching.  The foot and stopper are kind of olive green colour.  It stands 14" tall and is approx. 3" wide with a flat polished rim.  I've no idea what it might have been used for :huh:
