Glass bowl? ANYONE KNOW MAKER PLEASE ?

ITS 5 INCHES WIDE    2 1/2 INCHES HIGH.... BASE IS ABOUT 1 1/2 INCHES no markings looks like a quality piece. thanks for any help

Looks like a studio piece to me, but then I'd have expected it to have been signed.  Could you assist the members here by giving your location please?  Sometimes it helps.   :)

I live in NJ ,I pick it up with a lot of Italian pieces but it looks different from them not as heavy, just looks like a quality  piece.
