Please help--is this Murano?

I'm new to this, but this looks like it could be a Murano piece.  Any opinions on artist or value?

I've seen several vases that looked like this one that had a "Made in China" label on bottom. The vase has little monetary value right now, but is very good for flowers. It's nice to have a few vases that we don't have to worry about.
