60s UFO shaped lamp shade

Hi here is another recent glass find, a 60s UFO style glass lamp shade. Please excuse the pun, can anyone spread a little light on this one for me?  8)

Is the colour on the inside Kev? And does it really twinkle? It has a glittery look.

Strangely Anne it has more colour on the inside than on the outside.... 8)
