airtwist stem candlestick
« on: October 18, 2007, 02:06:58 PM »
This is an odd looking piece - the proportions are ungainly, and the glass is rather thick and lumpy.  The foot is folded, but upwards rather than downwards as I have seen before, and there is a snapped pontil to the underside.

Height is approx 7.5 ins 190 mm.

Any help with age and possible country of origin would be wonderful.
Thank you very much!

Lynne
