Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows who made this and when? Thank you for any info! This weight looks like hobnail but they are on the inside??

I thought I would post the label again only at a different angle.  Thank you again. BTW, the paperweights you helped me on before are all sold now, I could not have done that without your help, thank you again!  ;D

It is years later. Forgive the resurrection of this old thread, but I couldn't let it pass without putting an attribution on it. The fish is Fratelli Toso. The label has been washed, worn, and decolorized, but the SS lettering is distinctive, as is the style.
