I think these are tea light holders, clearly from Iittala, have Marimekko impressed into base... does anyone know who designed them or when?

They are called KIWI and if you ever spot a red one as a freebie, grab it! The red ones are very expensive, given their size.
These are good for putting salt and coarse pepper in, if you don't fancy them with candles in them
