Kralik rose bowl/flower holder?

Hi, I'm just wondering if this is Kralik or some other Bohemian maker as there are similar ones on Verre D'Art?

My guess would be some other Bohemian manufacturer and possibly a 1930s take on an earlier style. Doesn't look quite sophisticated enough for Kralik
