Can anyone identify this vase with sliced cane decoration

The vase is 4 and 1/2 inches high and 4 inches at its widest. The decoration is blue and white almost marbling within clear glass with one or two delicate slices of millefiori canes. I've never seen anything like it before. There are no other markings or clues that I can see.
