Green glass vase with white inner unknown maker?

As with everything glass unless it has a label i havent got a clue, this came from a local trodelmarket, it measures 24cms tall ( or 9.5"), it is extremely heavy. Can any one please tell me who made it..... Kev 8)

I agree with Ivo - I've had a few pieces like this (in different colours) and they were all ID'd on here as Italian (not Holmegaard as they're most often wrongly described as on eBay).
