Can you help identify this?

I dont know if this is Murano or something similar.
Glass bird, 5 1/2" tall. red beak, blue body with gold flecks. he has 14/60 on the base but that could have been written by anyone. he weighs 1.2kg but is hollow.
Any comments would be appreciated.
