Hi, picked this up yesterday. I felt it was very well done. If it's worthless I'll keep it for myself LOL. No signature (of course just my luck) Has a ground pontil on the base. Also it's very large!

This paperweight is modern Chinese. Not 'worth' a lot, but very charming. I have a fondness for the Chinese flower and critter weights. There is some very nice stuff coming out of China these days and it's really affordable.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.

In my experience it's unusual to see the 'sea anemone' flower in combination with the little frogs!  More usually one sees the 'water lily' style flower with frogs and / or fish.   Is this weight one of the large ones, or a standard 'medium' size?

I've seen a few weights with the anemone and frogs but I always got outbid or it ended on the wrong side of payday. They were all largish weights as opposed to the usual 2 inch size when it's just the anemone alone.

I did recently get a weight with a waterlily, leaves and frogs. It was one someone posted a link to with gougy shipping. I found one where the shipping was less gougy. ;D It's a very charming weight.

Unfortunately, the seller will not ship outside the continental US. They won't even ship to Alaska or Hawaii!
