Can anyone shed light on Chatur & Co Ltd of Walthamstow. Active in the 1950's makers of lampwork and possibly pressed glass (buttons, jewellery, novelties, napkin rings) Specialise in lustreing and gilding.

Does anyone have anything marked or labelled.

PG&GTR 1950, 1953, 1953, 1954, 1959, Not in 1962
PG 1957

Re the glass buttons Frank, do you have catalogue pictures of these? I have a few glass buttons but they are not marked at all so no idea who made them.

Afraid not, button catalogues are usually actual buttons sewn onto cards and they go for huge sums! A bit hard to digitise too  :huh:
