small delicate vase-maker??

Morning from NZ. Would like to know the maker of my small vase if possible or have it recognised as generic murano. H 11cm D 6cm. clear glass with pale green and pink filigrana, inverted base with a snapped off portion, two clear glass with gold foil shapes on the shoulders. Lip appears to be fire polished. Has a remnant of a stock label on the base. Thanks Carol
