Help Please pentagon shaped Enamel glass vase

Hello everyone,
I was guided here by another person as I am trying to find any information on this vase. One person suggested that it might be English in origin however nothing else has popped up. The vase is cased glass with a vibrant blue. Enamel white flowers on the outside and glass feet. it measures 5-3/4 inches tall. Can anyone help please? Thank you in advance
