Blue Textured glass vase ID= Urban "Moravia" Sklo Union

Hi all, I have recently obtained this vase and was wondering who a possible manufacturer could've been. There don't appear to be any identifying marks on it.

More photos can be provided if needed.

Here is a photo of the piece:

It measures approx. 11cm tall and 16cm wide.

This looks as though it is from Sklo Union's Rosice factory, at Rosice u Brna, Czechoslovakia, now Czech Republic. Pattern number 1504, the jardiniere was designed by Vladislav Urban, and is part of a range known as "Moravia", from @ 1969.
