No, it's not. It's one of those not quite sure areas - maybe Speigelunion (Germany) or DuroRay (England). And a colour David hasn't seen yet

Yes, very interesting - I wasn't aware of a yellow version. I have examples in turquoise and orange (the commoner colours) and lime (hardly ever seen) - but now yellow!

I am leaning towards these being an English maker, possibly Duroray, due to the Astra label seen on some examples, which state 'Made in England'. The fluting on the circular dishes probably does not conform to that used by Spiegelunion Flabeg, however, Spiegelunion did create a pattern like this, so was it an import?

Funnily, they were quite collectable when people believed they were made by Chance! 8)

Would you like me to send it to you David?

 :-*

I don't have anywhere to put it and only picked it up because of you and my learning / lurking here.

I've never seen a yellow one either - I usually only ever see the orange ones...

That's very kind of you, many thanks! Feel free to use the e-mail button (left column) if you need any details from me. 8)

Although I haven't publicised it much, I am intending to produce a web page where registered buyers can download and print new pages, showing additions, addendum and expansion to the existing data. The format will be PDF, and will permit full 300dpi print resolution. The only limiting factor will be the printer used, so a decent photo-quality paper would benefit, of course.

So this tray will supplement p.93 to include all four colours from the Astra range. Not sure about the shapes it produced though... :-\

Some of the thanks should be directed towards Anne, who will install the software for me.

Hi David, I emailed you (I think) to see where to send this, but I'm on AOL so maybe you didn't get it?
