Interestingly, John Clappison designed a very similar range called Icelantic in the mid-1970s for Ravenhead:

Hi Heidi, thanks for posting those Kosta tumblers. 

I've just been tidying this thread up...the last link you put on for the Clappison tumbler was this one:
